Rollsburg Sushi Truck

· A sushi “to go” food truck concept developed under the creative direction of John Wolfcub, encompassing the overall concept, brand identity, complete design project, menu development, and innovative packaging personally designed by John specifically for the brand. The project had reached the launch-ready stage, with a team assembled, a finalized and successfully tested menu in Chișinău, Moldova, and all key creative and operational elements in place. However, the launch was canceled due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The fully developed concept is now available for licensing.
